This Privacy Policy explains how StickerMamu ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the StickerMamu mobile app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Phone number — used to sign you in via a one-time SMS code (OTP).
Name — so we know who the order belongs to.
Delivery address — name, street address, city, state, PIN code, and phone number, used to deliver your order.
Order details — the products you order and order status.
Basic device/diagnostic data — to keep the app reliable and secure.

We sell on a Cash on Delivery basis and do not collect or store card, UPI, or bank details.

2. How we use your information

To create and secure your account (phone OTP authentication via Google Firebase).
To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.
To contact you about your orders and provide support.
To improve the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Delivery partners — to deliver your order to your address.
Service providers — Google Firebase (authentication), our cloud hosting, and image hosting, who process data on our behalf.
Legal authorities — when required by applicable law.

4. Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated personal data, subject to records we must retain by law.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
