These Terms govern your use of the StickerMamu app and website (the "Service"). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time SMS code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure and for activity under your account.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A delivery fee may apply and is shown at checkout before you place the order.
• We may limit or cancel quantities and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, if a product is mispriced or out of stock).

3. Cash on Delivery

Orders are paid for in cash on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready. We do not collect online payments through the Service.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. As items may be custom or made to order, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Contact us and we will make it right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, StickerMamu is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
